At The Pink Foundry, we want you to love your skin and your products, which is why we offer a 15-day return policy for items in their original, unused condition. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations or arrives damaged, we are committed to making it right.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your TPF account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and state the reason for the request.

  Package Your Items

  Ensure the products are unused and placed in their original packaging, including all protective seals and promotional materials provided.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will visit your address within 48-72 hours to collect the return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After a quality check at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
